For any more detailed 3D model creation and for advanced 3D functions (such as vertex painting, edge sculpting and modifying topology), it just cannot compete with more advanced modelling programs. What I like least about Shapr3D is rather ironically, its simplicity. Also, it exports to several different file types - STL and OBJ file formats are allowed thankfully. With Shapr, it is unbelievably easy to create 3D models and perform various standard 3D modelling functions (such as chamfering, extruding, intersecting and capping).įor similar functionality on PC, you would be paying far more and be in for a much less intuitive experience. 3D modelling and CAD programs traditionally are very clunky and difficult to operate unless you have full knowledge of the programs. What I like most about Shapr3D is its genuine ease of use.
